Fully/semi Automatic Rim Coiling machines

The purpose of this machine is to form hoops from flat strips. 

The end products are formed into light and/or heavy truck rims, Passenger, Bus rims. 
The machine can be either manually fed by an operator or automatically fed using an automatic blank preparation system. 
After coiling, the rims bands are automatically ejected into a short exit chute.

( Remarks: We have 2 models Coilers ( up-folding, or down-folding ), both models can be equipped with full-auto with auto-feeding system, or semi-auto manual feeding. )
