The purpose of this machine is to form hoops from flat strips. 

The end products are formed into light and heavy truck rims. 
The rim coiler machine can be either manually fed by an operator, or automatically fed using an automatic blank preparation system. 
After coiling, the Rim bands are automatically ejected into a short exit chute.
